Current marketing and strategy director and existing executive committee member, Darran Britton has been appointed as on-trade sales director and Tony Watson, current director of Take Home Sales, has been made off-trade sales director.

Britton said: “I am really excited about the new role and the opportunity to work even more closely with our customers and to see how our powerful combination of people, brands and services can help to grow their businesses.

“We have shown through We Deliver More, Crown Cellars and the recently launched Crafted portfolio of speciality and craft beers, that we deliver innovative propositions with the needs of our customers at their heart. I’m now looking forward to working with the entire Carlsberg UK on-trade team to clearly position ourselves as the number one partner for the UK on-trade,” said Britton.

Both roles are effective as of November 3.
