Paddy Centenary Edition is the latest in a line of Irish Distiller single pot still whiskeys, a style produced using malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

It will be available from this month in travel retail and specialist retailers in Ireland and France, priced at €75.

According to the Pernod Ricard division Paddy Centenary Edition is a seven-year-old whiskey and “honours” the Cork Distilleries Company's original Pure Pot Still recipe from 1913.

The maker said the whiskey has “rich spicy notes, typical of aged pot still whiskey and hints of vanilla, true to the brand’s signature style”.

Irish Distiller’s portfolio of pot still whiskey comprises: Yellow Spot, Green Spot, Redbreast, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy and Powers John’s Lane Release.
