DeKuyper is claiming a "breakthrough approach" to segmenting the liqueurs category and has organised its portfolio of nearly 60 drinks into "five families". Luscious includes fruit flavours such as Peachtree, Raspberry Rush, Red Apple, Pomegranate and Tropical. The Burst family has intense flavours such as Buttershots, Hot Damn!, Sizzlin' Cinnamon and Blustery Peppermint. Pucker has nine sweet and sour flavours - Sour Apple, Watermelon and Strawberry. Pucker drinkers tend to be women who like drinks with fun colours and flavours . The Signature family comprises classic bar staples such as Triple Sec, Amaretto Silk and Vanilla Delight. Flavoured brandies include Blackberry, Peach and Coffee for brandy drinkers wanting a quieter occasion with quality spirits. For more information, visit dekuyperusa.com.

== l Pepsi Raw ==

Pepsi Raw claims to be a new premium cola, only using ingredients from natural resources, which is being launched exclusively into the UK's on -trade sector. Pepsico and its UK company Britvic say that Raw is made from natural plant extracts and has "more subtle carbonation". With no artificial colours, preservatives, flavourings or sweeteners, it is aimed to meet a perceived growing demand for premium and more natural products. Pepsi says it can be drunk on its own as a premium soft drink or mixed with spirits - its subtle flavour will not mask the taste of the spirit.

== l The East Room ==

The East Room in trendy Shoreditch, just north of the City of London, is the latest in Jonathan Downey's string of international bars and members' clubs, including Milk & Honey in London and New York, and the Clubhouse in Chamonix in the French Alps. Best get the re quick, as it is initially open to a nyone who can : " find the place, ring the buzzer and not act like an idiot once inside."
