I will add some bigger picture and long term thinking to the mix – so that we capture and channel the creativity to develop the business for many years to come. I boot strap built my previous business, warts and all, and learnt many lessons.  I plan to use this experience to help Off Piste grow healthily and avoid too many pitfalls. It should be fun.”
