Quintessential expands international team
Quintessential Brands has announced the expansion of its international commercial team with the appointment of three new drinks industry professionals.
Joining William Ovens, commercial director at Quintessential Brands is: Nicolas Waymel, international commercial manager for Southern & Western Europe who has worked with Moet Hennessy, Osborne and Maxxium; Margaux Maupate, international market development executive who joined from Rémy Cointreau and James Barnett, international commercial manager for northern & eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, joining after eight years with William Grant & Sons.
Quintessential Brands says it is also poised to enter the global travel retail market and this channel will be managed by Ovens and Waymel.
Ovens said: “We are delighted that Nicolas, James and Margaux have joined the team. They have all worked for leading drinks companies and bring a wealth of experience to our business. We now have a team of regional heads based in market, managing Europe, Asia and North America, and this will allow us to take the business to the next level.

Quintessential Brands is the producer and owner of a portfolio of brands including: Greenall’s gin, Ophir Oriental Spiced gin; Irish cream liqueurs, including Feeney’s and O’Mara’s; Irish whiskeys including the recently launched The Dubliner whiskey and The Dublin Liberties and fruit and coffee liqueurs, including Alizé and Toussaint.
