A poll of Asia’s top bar experts, Asia's 50 Best Bars will be published on worlds50bestbars.com and in magazine form, distributed with the April issue of Drinks International magazine.

Drinks International has developed and expanded its pool of voters in Asia in order to conduct the poll, with bar professionals from almost 20 Asian countries set to take part.

“Asia’s 50 Best Bars is designed to shine a light on the rapid development of bar culture in Asia,” said Hamish Smith, World’s 50 Best Bars editor, speaking from Bangkok, Thailand.

“Unlike the World’s 50 Best Bars, this poll will be voted for by bar professionals based only in Asia – it is by Asia, for Asia.

“We are confident that the Asian Academy of voters will reveal the very best bars in Asia – not just in the traditional bar culture hubs, but across the region.”
