Bartenders from Russia, France, Germany, UK, Spain, Italy and India will get an opportunity to travel to Moscow and compete for the title of Beluga Signature Global Ambassador 2020.

The winner will present their winning cocktail at Bar Convent Berlin, Tales of the Cocktails and Bar Convent Brazil as well as promote the program next year. On top of that the winner will receive a one-week internship at their choice of one of the World’s 50 Best Bars.

Those who take part in Beluga Signature are required to submit a classic vodka cocktail with a local twist via www.beluga-signature.com by 28February 2019. 

As a result of the online shortlisting, 30 participants from each country will receive a full day of education from industry experts under the leadership of Beluga Signature educational director Philip Duff.

This year Beluga vodka and Duff have partnered with Marian Beke andin order to continue from last year’s theme ‘The Profession of Modern Luxury’.

“Last year’s feedback was overwhelmingly positive, so we decided to go deeper in the topic,” said Duff. “The hospitality industry is centered on the guest whose satisfaction is a main marker of success in a bartender’s career. 

“This year we will talk about consistency of the luxury service, creating a memorable experience for your guest and, most importantly, applying your creativity consistently.”

Following the educational stage, all participants will receive a creative task and pass online selection through the Beluga website, leaving 10 shortlisted contestants from each country.

Contestants will then present their cocktails in front of the panel of judges in May and the winner will then take part in the Global Final in Moscow in September.
