Quintessential Brands launches North America business

International spirits company, Quintessential Brands Group, has announced the reorganisation of its North American operations, forming a stand-alone business entity to serve the North American market called Quintessential Brands North America.

Following a review of its US route to market, effective from May 1, Quintessential Brands North America will take over management and import responsibility for Quintessential Brands premium brands portfolio. 

Quintessential Brands North America will also offer retailers, distributors and brand owners a range of spirits solutions services including bottling, packaging and new product development.

Quintessential Brands North America is the company’s first independent venture outside of Europe, where it continues to show success in the UK market.

Steve Ward will take on the role of CEO at  Quintessential Brands North America having joined Quintessential Brands as vice president business development for the US and Canada in 2018 following.
