The book, titled ‘Paradiso: From Dream to Legacy’, was curated by founder Giacomo Giannotti alongside the Paradiso team.

Written in both English and Spanish, the book features a collection of recipes and is a journey through the story of Paradiso, from Giannotti’s early days in his family’s gelateria to bringing his vision to life in Barcelona with Paradiso.

The featured cocktails cover the past 10 years, highlighting those that best represent each era of the bar.
