Drink Up New York, a distributor based in Brooklyn with on-line distribution in 50 states, will handle sales of the 100% agave AquaRiva Blanco and AquaRiva Reposado in the US, starting with New York.

Rocos, a British TV star in the 1980s and 1990 said:  "New Yorkers are already fans of tequila and I’m greatly looking forward to introducing them to my high quality 100% Agave Tequila.

“Our Positive Margaritas, made with Agave syrup rather than sugar, should appeal to stylish New Yorkers as well as aficionados of high quality spirits."

The tequila is made from Jalisco Highlands-grown agave and is priced at £23 for the Blanco and £25 for the Reposado. The US price is yet to be announced.

AquaRiva has listings at Virgin Club Houses at Gatwick and Heathrow in the UK and also in JFK and Newark Airports in the US.
