Deller was previously chief wine officer for Wine Access and prior to that he worked with Constellation Brands for five years. As a respected Master of Wine.

Tor Wines produces single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay in the Napa Valley. The wines are sold exclusively to collectors, restaurants and specialist retailers.
