Liquorette offers a bar, off-license, cocktail deli and fresh cocktail delivery service. 

New Yorker Wilkie brings with her nearly 10 years’ experience in the bar industry both in the UK and the US. Her previous roles include head bartender at The London Edition Hotel as well as Fare London, The Curtain and London Cocktail Club where she began her career. 

In 2018 she secured a place as one of the 10 Diageo World Class GB finalists, won the Gin Mare global finals in 2016 and the Harvey’s Sherry global competition in 2015.
