Soho Street Cocktails launches garnish range

Soho Street Cocktails has announced the launch of its new range of garnishes, developed in partnership with The Mixologists Garden.

These sustainable, freeze-dried fruit garnishes are an addition to Soho Street's ready-to-serve cocktails, a range of bar-standard cocktails mixed inside recyclable pouches that last for six weeks after opening.

Soho Street Cocktail founder, Paul Scarratt, said: “Not only do these garnishes add an extra touch of flavour and flair to our cocktails, but they are also sustainable. Freeze-drying preserves the natural flavours and nutrients of the fruit, while also reducing the carbon footprint compared to using fresh fruit. No more faffing around with chopping and slicing – simply open a pouch and add to your cocktail. It's the perfect solution for busy mixologists and home bartenders alike.”

The garnish range includes lime half slices, orange half slices, strawberry half slices and dried raspberries, all with a long shelf-life to minimise wastage.

The Soho Street Cocktail Garnishes are available in resealable pouches containing 20 servings and can be purchased on the company's website at rrp £5.99.
