US: Beam appoints new HR executive

Beam Global Spirits & Wine has appointed Mindy Mackenzie as senior vice president of human resources.
For the past five years, Mackenzie held various positions with increasing responsibility at Campbell Soup Co. Most recently, Mackenzie has been based in Australia serving as vice president human resources & public affairs for Campbell’s Asia Pacific division.
Matt Shattock, president and CEO, Beam Global Spirits & Wine said: “With her strong track record and global business experience, Mindy Mackenzie is the right individual to lead our human resources function at Beam Global.
“Over the course of her career, Mindy has successfully led teams and produced results in the areas of employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and training, change management and performance culture development. Mindy will play a critical role at Beam Global in helping us accelerate our success and contribute to our growth objectives worldwide.”
Mackenzie’s responsibilities will include leading Beam Global’s human resources function globally. Mackenzie will serve on the executive leadership team, reporting directly to Matt Shattock.
She will begin her appointment at Beam Global in mid-January and she and her family will relocate to the Chicago area.
